Pablo Barvo
Founder
Pablo leads Interalma, combining product sense, technology, and AI across its work in wisdom and well-being and AI-accelerated ventures.
Prior to founding Interalma, Pablo spent over eight years at Meta, most recently as Director of Engineering leading the Health and Wellbeing organization within the Wearables division, combining sensors, machine learning, and AI to improve people's health and quality of life. Earlier at Meta, he led Messenger Trust, overseeing integrity, compliance, safety, and privacy. He also led Community Messaging, helping people connect around shared interests, and the Messenger and Instagram Video Chat teams, building experiences with AR, Watch Together, and more.
Before Meta, Pablo spent eleven years at Microsoft in engineering and leadership roles across PerformancePoint, SharePoint, Office 365, and Yammer. Before joining Microsoft, while still in college, Pablo founded Perfection Bytes, a software components company. He began his career in academia at Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá.
